In pursuance of Article 19-A of the Constitution-1973, read with, Sections-3 & 11 of the Right of Access to Information Act-2017, I request you to provide me with the following information.

In pursuance of Article 19-A of the Constitution 1973, read with Sections 3 & 11 of Right of Access to Information Act 2017, I request ECP to provide me with the following information:

·       Please share all source documents that were used to initiate the  transfer/change of my vote

·       Please share a system-generated report/screenshots showing the complete transfer/change history of my vote.

·       Pls include the following information separately if not available in the screenshot/system-generated report:

o   Date(s) of transfer/change status

o   Operator(s) name/ID who did the transfer/change of the status

o   Name/ID and designation of all approvers who approved the transfer/changes status

o  Reference to Election Act 2017 & rules under which the transfer/change was made.

The personal information collected by Do Gooder is held subject to a Data Processing Agreement between Do Gooder and The Campaigner in compliance with the EU's GDPR and Australian law.
